Help Shape the Future of Digital Payments in the ECCU

The DCash 2.0 Public Survey is a key step in the development of a secure, resilient, and user-friendly digital currency platform tailored to the needs of the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU). This survey aims to gather feedback from the public, including past DCash pilot users, entrepreneurs, and potential users, to shape the future of digital payments in the region.

  • Your familiarity with and openness to digital payment methods like DCash.
  • Motivators and barriers to using digital payments.
  • Experiences with the DCash pilot and areas for improvement.
  • Preferences for digital wallet features and use cases.
  • How DCash 2.0 can benefit businesses and daily life.


Your feedback is essential in ensuring DCash 2.0 meets the diverse needs of the ECCU and supports the region’s digital transformation journey.

DCash 2.0 Public Survey - Terms and Conditions for Prize Eligibility

  • Eligibility
  • Only individuals residing in the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU) who complete the DCash 2.0 Public Survey are eligible to enter the prize draws.
  • ECCB staff and immediate family members of ECCB staff are not eligible to win any survey prizes.
  • ‍Survey Completion and Entry
  • Each survey respondee is allowed only one entry. Multiple survey submissions from the same respondee will be disqualified.
  • Completion of the survey does not automatically enter you into the prize draws; respondees must opt into the prize draws by providing name and contact information at the end of the survey questionnaire.
  • By opting into the prize draw a respondee enters into the monthly draw for a chance to win $500 for the month in which the survey response was submitted.  
  • ‍Monthly Prize Draw
  • Monthly prizes of $500 will be awarded to one eligible survey participant per ECCU country for each of the two months that the survey runs.
  • All monthly prize winners remain eligible for the grand prize draw.
  • Survey ends 31st December 2024.
  • Grand Prize Draw
  • All entrants into the prize draws, including previous monthly winners, will be entered into the grand prize draw for a chance to win $2,500.
  • The grand prize draw will take place at the conclusion of the survey period, and one winner will be selected from all entrants across all ECCU countries.
  • Winners will be notified after each draw takes place. Names of winners and photographs of the winners will be published on our social media accounts, our website and/or in DCash newsletters and other ECCB publications.
  • ‍General Conditions
  • By opting in to the prize draws, participants agree to these terms and conditions, which shall be final and binding.
  • ECCB reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
